About the role
Glean provides an enterprise Work AI platform with search, an AI assistant, and agents that connect to organizational data. You will build and operate governed, reliable data infrastructure and analytics foundations for Glean’s internal teams.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain batch and API-based data ingestion pipelines
- Improve data quality with testing, CI checks, ownership metadata, and clear layer boundaries
- Operate BigQuery infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency
- Implement data access controls, governance workflows, and safe self-serve access
- Improve pipeline observability, incident triage, and recovery processes
- Partner with internal teams to deliver reusable data platform capabilities
