About the role
PwC India delivers Oracle business application consulting for clients across industries and geographies. This senior manager will lead Oracle CX implementations, shape customer experience solutions, and guide delivery teams and client relationships.
What you'll do
- Lead Oracle lead-to-revenue engagements from discovery through deployment
- Advise clients on sales, marketing, billing, and customer journey processes
- Direct project plans, budgets, risks, and delivery teams
- Review solution configurations, migrations, and integration designs
- Oversee testing, defect resolution, and deployment readiness
- Coach consultants and guide client recommendations
