About the role
Cisco’s Components Operations team applies data, analytics, and AI to improve silicon and optical component supply chains. You will develop and deploy statistical, machine learning, and generative AI solutions for supply chain decisions and operations.
What you'll do
- Translate business objectives into data science and AI solutions
- Develop and deploy predictive models, LLM applications, and agentic workflows
- Build RAG pipelines with retrieval, embeddings, and evaluation
- Design production data pipelines and support model lifecycle management
- Apply statistical methods, experiments, and model validation
- Mentor team members and communicate analytical findings as business recommendations
