Sr ASIC DFT Engineer

Cisco's Common Hardware Group develops silicon, optics and hardware platforms for switching, routing and wireless products. You will implement DFT features and integrate and validate test logic for silicon designs.

• Implement DFT features for ATE, in-system testing, debug and diagnostics
• Develop reusable DFT IP with cross-functional teams
• Integrate testability features into full-chip designs
• Validate test logic through design and post-silicon flows
• Develop test and debug strategies for new silicon devices
