About the role
Cisco's Wireless Feature & System Engineering team builds enterprise Wi-Fi capabilities across access points, controllers and cloud-managed platforms. You will develop and validate wireless features across software layers, including implementation, testing and automation.
What you'll do
- Develop and integrate wireless features across access points, controllers and management layers
- Write and maintain software in C/C++ and Python
- Design test plans and build feature-validation automation
- Analyze logs and packet traces to debug system issues
- Reproduce issues and validate fixes across system components
- Set up lab environments to test wireless scenarios
