About the role

What you'll do
- Lead firmware and diagnostics design for new products
- Establish standards for secure boot, signing, and firmware integrity
- Define automated build, test, and validation processes
- Guide factory programming, golden images, and recovery strategies
- Mentor engineers and review technical work
- Coordinate with manufacturing partners on validation and issue resolution
