About the role
F5 develops technology for securing and running applications, including high-performance networking systems. This engineer will lead hardware design from architecture through production and guide technical decisions across projects.
What you'll do
- Lead system-level hardware architecture and requirements development
- Design hardware for manufacturability, testability and reliability
- Evaluate technologies and guide new product directions
- Mentor engineers and review their hardware designs
- Work with suppliers and manufacturers on validation and issue resolution
- Implement CPLD designs in Verilog when required
