Principal PCB Layout Engineer

F5 develops products that help organizations create, secure, and run applications. The Principal PCB Layout Engineer will design and document complex circuit boards and guide layout practices across hardware projects.

• Lead multilayer PCB layouts using Siemens Xpedition
• Translate electrical schematics into optimized board layouts
• Define board stack-ups, impedance controls, via structures, and routing strategies
• Review layouts for manufacturability, assembly, test, signal integrity, and thermal requirements
• Generate fabrication and component-location documentation
• Mentor junior layout engineers and coordinate with fabrication vendors
