About the role
Sigmoid delivers data engineering and cloud architecture services to clients. This architect will own Azure data platform designs and set architecture, security, governance, and DataOps standards for implementation teams.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end architecture for Azure data platforms
- Design Fabric and Databricks workspaces, networking, security, and governance
- Set standards for CI/CD, infrastructure as code, DataOps, and environments
- Assess technology options, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Advise clients through workshops, trade-off discussions, and roadmaps
- Review implementation designs and mentor Leads and Architects
