About the role
Sigmoid's Data Engineering business develops data engineering capabilities and delivery for its business. The Learning and Development Partner will design learning strategies, programs, and pathways, and track their effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Partner with Data Engineering leaders to identify capability gaps and future skills
- Translate business goals into technical and leadership learning roadmaps
- Develop an AI capability-building roadmap for employees
- Design and curate role-based learning programs for Data Engineering roles
- Track learning progress and effectiveness using LMS capabilities
- Measure outcomes and refine programs using feedback and data
