- Build and manage a global network of coding challenge experts
- Own the roadmap for the coding challenge platform and content ecosystem
- Develop tools to scale content delivery and improve quality
- Partner with customers to understand workflows and increase adoption
- Use data, automation and AI to streamline content creation and review
- Ensure products uphold fairness, validity and developer experience
