About the role
Unity develops a game engine and 3D tools used across gaming and other industries. The director will lead the global indirect tax function, its Bengaluru team, compliance, audits, and tax processes.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop the Bengaluru-based indirect tax team
- Own the global indirect tax compliance calendar and approve filings
- Manage indirect tax audits, notices, assessments, and exposure documentation
- Own tax accruals, reconciliations, rollforwards, and close activities
- Advise business teams on customer tax determinations and product tax treatment
- Monitor legislative changes and lead global tax readiness
