Global Benefits Specialist

Unity makes a game engine and 3D tools used in gaming and other industries. The specialist will administer regional employee benefits, respond to inquiries, support enrollment, and maintain compliance and data accuracy.

• Administer health, retirement, and time-off benefits across assigned countries
• Answer employee benefits inquiries through the ticketing system
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, compliance teams, and external vendors
• Audit benefits data and systems for accuracy and compliance
• Support annual enrollment communications, vendor coordination, and enrollment activities
• Monitor regulatory changes and improve benefits processes
