About the role
BlackRock’s Aladdin and eFront platforms support investment data, with this team managing private-markets data governance and master data. The Director will lead the Insight MDM team, oversee service delivery and improve its processes, operating model and technology.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a globally distributed MDM team
- Oversee master data onboarding, standardization, maintenance and delivery
- Establish controls and quality checks for MDM processes
- Use service metrics to improve data quality, timeliness and scalability
- Simplify and automate processes in partnership with Product and Engineering
