About the role
BlackRock provides investment and financial services to clients seeking long-term financial well-being. This associate will prepare and review private equity fund accounts, financial statements, audits, reporting, and performance calculations while supporting process improvements and junior team development.
What you'll do
- Prepare and review quarterly private equity fund management accounts
- Compute carry, equalization, late closing interest, and waterfall calculations
- Maintain accounting records, journals, general ledgers, and trial balances
- Coordinate annual fund audits and review financial statements
- Complete regulatory returns and support tax and treasury activities
- Improve accounting processes and support junior team development
