About the role
AVEVA provides industrial software used by companies across sectors including energy, infrastructure, chemicals, and minerals. The MES Practice Lead will scale delivery capabilities, lead complex MES programs, develop teams, and improve governance and margins.
What you'll do
- Own the GDC MES practice roadmap and operating model
- Lead large MES programs and establish delivery governance
- Build reusable delivery assets and improve practice margins
- Develop MES capabilities, learning paths, and leadership succession
- Coach practice leaders, project managers, architects, and delivery teams
- Engage customers and support proposals, estimations, and pipeline growth
