Director, Site Reliability Engineering

Okta provides cloud-based identity authentication, authorization, and provisioning services for organizations. The director will lead and grow India’s SRE organization and improve the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of Okta’s production infrastructure.

• Build and lead the India-based SRE organization supporting Okta’s production fleet
• Set India SRE strategy aligned with global reliability goals
• Lead incident reviews and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Advance automation, observability, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD practices
• Hire, mentor, and develop SRE talent across India
• Develop platforms and self-service tooling for SRE and product engineering
