About the role
Pratt & Whitney designs, builds and services aircraft engines and develops commercial engine repairs. The engineer will assess repair structures and perform analysis to verify safety, life and OEM requirements.
What you'll do
- Assess structural repairs to commercial engine components
- Coordinate repair analysis requirements with technical disciplines and module centers
- Develop design solutions with multidisciplinary teams
- Perform classical and finite element structural analyses
- Improve engineering methods and present analysis results
