About the role
RTX provides aerospace and defense products and services. The HR Analyst will deliver employee support and HR transactions across RTX business units, maintain HR data and knowledge content, and improve service processes.
What you'll do
- Respond to manager and employee HR inquiries using policies and service procedures
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems for payroll and benefits
- Complete transactional requests and inquiries within service-level timelines
- Build and maintain HR knowledge base content
- Document inquiries and resolutions in the case management system
- Lead process improvements to simplify and standardize HR services
