About the role

What you'll do
- Investigate and resolve production incidents and service degradation
- Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, APIs, and cloud technologies
- Build dashboards, alerting, service health monitoring, and reliability metrics
- Support Azure services and enterprise integrations for planning processes
- Drive intelligent alerting, anomaly detection, and self-healing workflows
