About the role
Esko is building a shared Agentic AI platform for product teams to create reliable AI-powered workflows. The Engineering Manager will lead the team while contributing directly to the platform's design, implementation, operations, and adoption.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop the Agentic AI engineering team
- Design, implement, and operate substantial areas of the shared platform
- Shape platform technical direction, architecture, interfaces, and engineering standards
- Establish practices for reliability, security, observability, evaluation, and performance
- Support product teams in adopting the platform and taking AI capabilities to production
- Measure platform adoption, quality, operational performance, and team development
