About the role
Syndigo provides software and a commerce network that help brands and retailers manage and distribute trusted product data. The Engineering Manager will lead an engineering team, guide technical direction, and deliver reliable, scalable systems.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of 8–12 software engineers
- Manage hiring, onboarding, performance, and career development
- Drive delivery of roadmap commitments and manage delivery risks
- Guide technical direction for the team’s services and platforms
- Improve system scalability, reliability, performance, and technical debt
- Promote engineering practices in testing, CI/CD, observability, and security
