About the role
Syndigo provides software and a commerce network that help brands and retailers manage and distribute trusted product data. The Implementation Lead delivers enterprise PXM, PIM, and MDM implementations, integrations, data migrations, and delivery quality controls.
What you'll do
- Lead implementation configuration, integrations, and deployments
- Validate workflows, business rules, and system behavior
- Drive data mapping, transformation, validation, and migration cutovers
- Troubleshoot cross-system integration and data flow issues
- Enforce delivery standards and review configurations and integrations
- Coach consultants on implementation and AI-assisted delivery practices
