ETF Servicing - Senior Associate

State Street Global Services provides custody, accounting, fund administration and investment operations services to asset owners and managers. The Senior Associate will process ETF baskets and corporate actions, manage client inquiries, reconcile fees and support operational controls.

• Maintain accuracy and timeliness in PCF creation, basket processing and UCF dissemination
• Process corporate actions for ETF portfolios using Bloomberg and index provider data
• Manage client and authorized participant inquiries
• Forecast baskets and coordinate with internal stakeholders
• Update reference data and reconcile fees and slippage charges
• Lead process improvements and maintain procedures and job aids
