About the role

ASB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Commonwealth Bank of Australia, is modernising its banking technology estate. This executive will lead India-based engineering teams delivering core, cards, payments, Pega, data and integration modernisation.

What you'll do

Lead engineering delivery across core banking, cards, payments, Pega, data and integration
Build engineering squads and chapters aligned with ASB tribes
Establish cloud-first architecture, DevSecOps and engineering standards
Scale automated testing for migrations and releases
Drive banking platform migrations, modernisation and cutovers
Adopt governed AI engineering practices and build team capability
