About the role

Egis Advisory delivers consulting for large-scale urban, infrastructure, and real estate developments. The Facility Manager will support FM assessments, consulting deliverables, procurement planning, and project coordination.

What you'll do

Coordinate FM consulting activities, schedules, deliverables, and communications
Conduct FM assessments, technical due diligence, and operational reviews
Develop operating models, maintenance strategies, and service delivery plans
Support FM procurement strategies, scopes of work, RFPs, SLAs, and KPIs
Review asset records, maintenance documentation, and lifecycle requirements
Prepare technical reports and coordinate project reporting and quality assurance
