About the role
Egis Engineering provides multidisciplinary engineering consultancy services for transport, energy and the built environment. The Finance Controller will manage the Bangalore accounting team and oversee reconciliations, reporting, and financial planning activities.
What you'll do
- Manage the General Accountants team and address performance issues
- Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Produce and review business reports
- Support month-end closing and improve finance processes
- Review intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations
- Participate in P&L analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
