About the role
RSM’s Management Consulting Finance Performance practice advises clients on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of finance and accounting functions. The supervisor will lead client project delivery, develop staff, and support business development.
What you'll do
- Optimize finance organizations, processes, and technology-enabled delivery
- Oversee projects, monitor progress, manage risks, and deliver within scope and budget
- Coach and develop junior team members and peers
- Identify client opportunities and support business development and cross-selling
- Research industry focus areas and help develop new service offerings
- Build client relationships with employees, executives, and private equity partners
