GenAI Engineer – LLM, RAG, Agentic AI & MLOps

Synechron develops enterprise technology solutions, including AI systems for business processes. You will build, deploy, and operate LLM, RAG, and multimodal AI systems and their cloud-based MLOps pipelines.

• Design, train, and deploy LLMs and multimodal agents
• Build cloud pipelines for inference, retraining, and model monitoring
• Evaluate models for performance, bias, fairness, and security
• Automate model deployment, versioning, and monitoring workflows
• Optimize inference latency and deployment environments
• Document model architecture, training, and operational procedures
