General Accounting Lead

Egis Engineering provides consultancy and engineering services for transport, energy, and the built environment. The General Accounting Lead will manage the Bangalore accounting team and oversee reconciliations, reporting, month-end close, and finance process improvements.

• Manage a team of 6–8 general accountants
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Develop, produce, and review business reports
• Support month-end close, including journals and accruals
• Review intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations
• Automate routine finance processes and contribute to transformation projects
