General Manager - TCT & Employee Relations

Bosch supplies technology and services across mobility, industrial technology, consumer goods, and energy and building technology. This role leads employee relations strategy and workforce capability development across Bosch India, guiding plants and HR teams on policies, labor models, compliance, and training.

• Develop country-level employee relations strategies and governance frameworks
• Guide collective bargaining, union engagement, and industrial dispute resolution
• Ensure labor law compliance and advise plants on legal matters
• Establish trainee schemes and workforce skill development frameworks
• Design training curricula and capability assessments for workers and trainees
• Mentor trainers and collaborate with institutes, industry bodies, and government entities
