About the role

Fluence delivers energy storage and optimization software and services for renewable energy and power grids. The Global Process Owner will govern and improve global supply chain planning processes, SAP IBP deployments, MRP standards, and planning performance.

What you'll do

Define and govern global IBP, S&OP, demand, supply, and inventory planning processes
Lead SAP IBP deployment, optimization, and adoption across global operations
Establish MRP standards, planning parameters, and master data governance
Drive planning process transformations and organizational change management
Define planning KPIs and analyze performance gaps
Lead global planning governance forums and cross-functional process integration
