About the role
Fluence delivers energy storage and optimization software and services for renewable energy and power grids. The specialist will manage warranty claims, supplier recoveries, cost tracking, reporting and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Manage customer and supplier warranty claims through closure
- Drive supplier recoveries and track claim settlements
- Track warranty budgets, expenses and cost per MWh
- Coordinate failure investigations and determine warranty entitlement
- Analyze claim costs, trends and recovery performance
- Maintain warranty records and reporting dashboards
