About the role
GE HealthCare develops medical technology and digital healthcare solutions, including X-ray generation systems. The trainee will support electrical hardware design, testing, verification, documentation, and failure analysis for high-frequency, high-voltage generators.
What you'll do
- Design and improve electrical hardware for X-ray generators
- Prepare circuits, select components, and create PCB and assembly drawings
- Support regulatory and quality documentation
- Analyze field data and failures and update the database
- Develop test fixtures and support part inspection and testing
- Run experiments and support verification, validation, and root cause analysis
