About the role
Concentrix provides technology and professional services, including digital engineering and customer experience transformation, to client organizations. The Group Manager will lead engineering teams and managers, oversee delivery and technical practices, and manage people, customer relationships, resources, and portfolio health.
What you'll do
- Lead engineering teams and managers across customer engagements
- Guide technical decisions and address engineering risks and trade-offs
- Drive automation, CI/CD, cloud-native development, and engineering practices
- Develop engineering talent through hiring, capability building, and succession planning
- Manage delivery governance, customer escalations, resource planning, and portfolio finances
- Partner with account leadership on customer growth and engineering opportunities
