About the role
Eurofins provides analytical testing and IT infrastructure services for laboratories and businesses. This HR Business Partner will manage HR operations, advise leaders on people matters and coordinate support for the business unit.
What you'll do
- Advise leadership on people priorities and employee-related decisions
- Partner with managers on engagement, performance, development and employee relations
- Manage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through separation
- Maintain HR records and support policy and statutory compliance
- Prepare HR insights and reports for leadership discussions
- Coordinate cross-functional business and people initiatives
