About the role
Redwing develops automated drone logistics for healthcare supply chains and agriculture. This HR generalist will manage recruiting, payroll, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations.
What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning
- Process payroll and statutory compliance
- Maintain employee records, policies, and HR documentation
- Coordinate onboarding, engagement, performance reviews, and exits
- Prepare HR dashboards and workforce reports
- Manage HR vendors and administrative logistics
