About the role
Lokal operates a regional-language platform for hyperlocal information, jobs, real estate and local commerce. The Senior HR Business Partner will advise GyanTV leaders and lead people initiatives across workforce planning, talent, performance, employee relations and culture.
What you'll do
- Advise leaders on workforce planning, organisation design and role clarity
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning and performance management
- Coach managers on feedback, conflict resolution and employee development
- Analyze people data to identify trends and recommend actions
- Handle complex employee relations matters and support culture initiatives
