About the role
Mellow Designs is a branding and digital marketing studio providing design, advertising, and brand strategy services. The HR Manager will manage recruitment, employee operations, payroll support, onboarding, and HR compliance.
What you'll do
- Manage hiring pipelines, candidate screening, interviews, and recruitment reporting
- Draft employee contracts and issue employment letters
- Coordinate onboarding, training, appraisals, and terminations
- Maintain HR records and employee data in the HRMS
- Support payroll, statutory compliance, and employee benefits coordination
- Communicate company policies and coordinate employee feedback and engagement activities
