• Own and prioritize the internal IT product backlog
• Lead requirements discovery and document specifications and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Administer Jira and Azure DevOps boards, workflows, and reporting
• Track delivery metrics and remove sprint impediments
• Coach the Bengaluru team on agile principles and self-organization
