About the role

What you'll do
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions and define development standards
- Build complex Sales Cloud automation, Apex services, and Lightning Web Components
- Configure, test, and deploy Agentforce agents and Prompt Builder capabilities
- Lead Salesforce integrations, release planning, and production governance
- Review junior developer changes and provide technical mentorship
- Identify technical debt, platform risks, and remediation priorities
