About the role
Bosch Automotive Electronics India manufactures automotive electronic products, including control units and e-mobility components. This HR Business Partner will deliver talent, workforce, rewards, and change initiatives in partnership with business leaders.
What you'll do
- Partner with business leaders on people interventions and business objectives
- Manage workforce planning, performance, succession, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Identify skill gaps and support reskilling, hiring, and succession planning
- Develop rewards and benefits plans and foster continuous performance feedback
- Guide leaders through change initiatives and organizational transformation
