About the role
AQR is a global investment firm developing alternative strategies and traditional portfolio management approaches. This role manages an investment compliance team and oversees guideline monitoring, portfolio surveillance and compliance processes.
What you'll do
- Monitor and escalate non-adherence to compliance guidelines
- Manage a team of three and review their work
- Update investment guidelines and restricted lists in compliance systems
- Monitor portfolio surveillance alerts and escalate issues
- Build and update compliance checklists
- Prepare process improvement documentation
