About the role
PwC India provides consulting and professional services to clients across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services. You will configure and support Jira, translate project needs into workflows and reporting, and guide junior team members.
What you'll do
- Configure Jira projects, workflows, permissions, fields, boards and automation
- Resolve Jira and Confluence support issues and tickets within service standards
- Build JQL queries, dashboards and reports for project tracking
- Translate business requirements into Jira configurations and delivery solutions
- Monitor Jira data quality and document configuration and process changes
- Guide junior team members and coordinate change requests across workstreams
