Junior Accountant - Accounts Receivable (AR)

Saviynt provides an AI-powered identity platform that governs access to applications, data and business processes. The Junior Accountant will manage receivables through customer billing inquiries, collections, cash application, reconciliations and reporting.

• Respond to customer inquiries about invoices, statements and payment status
• Follow up on assigned accounts and coordinate resolution of billing disputes
• Monitor invoice activity on third-party billing platforms
• Apply cash and reconcile payments to open invoices
• Maintain customer account records and collection documentation
• Prepare AR aging analyses and collection status reports
