About the role
Saviynt provides an AI-powered identity security platform that governs access to applications, data and business processes. The Senior Accountant will manage receivables, collections, cash applications and related reporting and reconciliations.
What you'll do
- Respond to customer questions about statements, payment status and invoices
- Monitor billing platforms and coordinate resolution of payment disputes
- Reconcile customer deposits with open invoices and investigate discrepancies
- Support month-end close by ensuring accurate cash postings and AR ledgers
- Prepare daily AR/AP flash reports and contribute to aging analysis
