About the role
Razorpay provides financial technology and payment products for businesses across India and Southeast Asia. The analyst will conduct customer due diligence, assess merchant and transaction risks, and handle escalations involving financial crime and compliance.
What you'll do
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing customer due diligence
- Review suspicious activity, sanctions, and enhanced due diligence cases
- Handle daily escalation queues and complex exception cases
- Assess merchant onboarding risks and validate business models
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate reporting and investigation records
