About the role
Razorpay POS provides point-of-sale payment solutions for businesses across in-person and other customer touchpoints. This consultant designs payment architectures, advises bank and merchant partners, and supports platform integrations through deployment.
What you'll do
- Present Razorpay solutions to bank partners and enterprise merchants
- Map product capabilities to customer requirements and design payment architectures
- Prepare functional, product, and technical scope documents
- Co-create payment solutions with banks, networks, and processors
- Manage merchant acquiring platform delivery across payment channels
- Support UAT, certification testing, SDLC tracking, and troubleshooting
