About the role

Signify provides energy-efficient lighting and connected lighting systems for homes, buildings, and cities. The Lead Advanced Quality Engineer drives quality processes, risk analysis, and corrective actions for connected lighting and controls development.

What you'll do

Coordinate quality deliverables across new product and fast-track development projects
Coach teams on quality activities including FMEA, supplier selection, and process validation
Present project quality status and drive corrective actions
Define quality KPIs, test equipment requirements, and project quality budgets
Use customer complaint feedback to improve design rules and quality tools
Lead problem-solving for internal and customer concerns and document actions
