About the role
Wabtec provides equipment, systems, digital solutions and services for freight and transit rail and other industrial markets. This engineer will design and validate transit products, develop manufacturing models and drawings, and guide engineering changes and project delivery.
What you'll do
- Design and develop transit engineering products
- Plan project scope, mitigate technical risks, and validate designs
- Create 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and bills of materials
- Coordinate with global teams and suppliers on designs and components
- Review peers’ work and provide technical guidance
